Built 1870 – Restored 2015
The Columbia City Hall houses the City Council Chambers. An area of the building that had undergone many renovations over the years eventually covering up the majority of the ornate walls and ceilings including a grand skylight. We successfully relocated all MEP above the original plaster ceilings, renovated the plaster walls and ceilings and restored the original glass skylight and sidelights.
